Refunds Are Available Upon Approval. See Guidelines Below.

No returns nor exchanges on masks, accessories, jewelry, final sale/sale items, items must be postmarked for return 4-5 business days after receiving them, nor on defective/damaged items that we did not cause.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges/ Refunds are allowed only on approved items. Items must be postmarked 4-5 days after the customer receives items.

Please allow 7-10 business days to process all returns/inspections.

Exchangeable items must be in original/perfect condition, no odors nor stains, unworn with tags intact.
